Delivery
After a successful payment, your purchase email provides the invoice, download, license details, and access to the customer portal. Peeker requires macOS 14 or later. There is no physical shipment.
Help first
If download or activation is not working, contact support@peeker.site from the email used at checkout. Do not send your full license key or private files in an email.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed fairly and case by case where Peeker cannot be installed, activated, or used as described and support cannot resolve the issue. A full refund may revoke the corresponding license entitlement and access to future licensed releases.
