What does Peeker do?+
Peeker gives you a compact recent-file workspace at the MacBook notch, plus a menu-bar fallback for every display.
What does Peeker read or upload?+
Peeker indexes metadata from common user folders and folders you add. It does not upload filenames, file paths, or file contents.
What Mac do I need?+
Peeker requires macOS 14 or later. The notch interaction is available on compatible MacBooks; the menu-bar control works everywhere.
How many Macs can I activate?+
A personal license supports two Macs. Your purchase email and customer portal carry the license and download details.
How do updates work?+
Peeker releases are signed, notarized, and delivered through Sparkle. Updates replace the app, never your local index, workspace configuration, or Handoff queue.
